Tim Dooley
Minister

Tim is a native of Springfield, Ohio, the son of Herbert and (the late) Linda Dooley. He and his wife Colleen were married in 1994 and have two adult children: Rachel, born in 1996 and David, born in 1998. Tim has an earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Ministry from Heritage Christian University (Florence, AL) and a Master of Arts in New Testament from Freed-Hardeman University (Henderson, TN). Tim has been preaching full-time since 1997 and has served churches in Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi. He has spoken on brotherhood lectureships, held gospel meetings throughout the country, and his writings have been widely published throughout the brotherhood. Tim has a passion for preaching, teaching, and ministry. He enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson, reading, shooting, hunting, and golf. Colleen is a licensed beautician and optician. She has taught children’s classes (particularly Cradle Roll), ladies’ classes, and has been the guest speaker for several Ladies Days. Tim and Colleen are particularly excited to now be a part of the New Albany church family and are looking forward to being actively engaged with the church and the New Albany community in order to strengthen and grow the church.
